Master Services Agreement
1.1 This Agreement is made between Najd Logistics Co. (the Customer) and Falcon Cloud LLC (the Supplier).
5.1 The Customer shall pay each undisputed invoice within 3045 days of receipt.
7.2 Each party’s liability is capped at 1.5 times the annual fees.

7. Limitation of liability
Each party’s total liability is capped at the fees paid in 12 months 1.5 times the annual fees.
